Thatās right ā thereās no limit. You can add as many requests to your queue as you like, and theyāll be delivered one by one.
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
If a request can be completed in less than 2-3 days, it will be. You can move any task to the front of your queue, but you canāt demand same-day or 24-hour turnaround. This means all Data Sorbet clients get the same level of service.
No problem. If you have a large or complex project, it will be broken down into bite-sized tasks so work can begin straight away, with iterations as needed.

A weekly 15-minute catch up to say āhelloā and discuss upcoming tasks is usually more than enough to keep things running smoothly. Not a fan of meetings? That’s fine, all workflows can easily be managed entirely in Trello.
As youāll be working directly with me, nobody else will have access to your data. Iām trained and certified by OneTrust for GDPR-related workflows. All tasks will be clearly annotated with descriptions of work undertaken allowing full traceability. If helpful, we can put an NDA or other contractual terms in place.
